Banking Background

Mr. Connolly began his banking career in 1986 as Vice President of MBank Fort Worth. In this capacity, Mr. Connolly was responsible for the management of business development of Personal Financial Services in the Fort Worth region. In January 1990, Mr. Connolly joined BANK ONE, TEXAS as Senior Vice President, and Manager of the Fort Worth Trust Department. Mr. Connolly served as a group leader of Personal Trust Administration in the Fort Worth office of Bank One, Texas Trust (post Team Bank merger). In January 1995, Mr. Connolly joined American National Bank as Senior Vice President, Manager of the Trust Department. He is an Advisory Director of American National Bank.

Professional Activities

Mr. Connolly is currently a member of Texas Bankers Association, Business and Estate Council and American Bankers Association. In 1997 he earned the Designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, Awarded by the Institute of Certified Bankers, and organization affiliated with the American Bankers Association.

Civic Involvement

Mr. Connolly has served on the boards of numerous civic organizations including the American Cancer Society of Wichita and Tarrant County, The Notre Dame School Advisory Board, Camp Fire Council of North Texas, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Quail Unlimited, Sportsman's Club of Fort Worth and the Catholic Foundation of North Texas - Catholic Schools Trust. In addition, Mr. Connolly is an active member of Northwest Texas Field and Stream Association, Wichita Falls Bird Hunters Association and Wichita Falls Country Club.
