Banking Background

Mrs. Manley began her banking career in 1977 with Bank of Fort Worth. In January 1983, Mrs. Manley joined InterFirst Bank of Fort Worth (now Bank of America). In July 1991, Mrs. Manley joined BANK ONE, TEXAS as Compliance Officer for the Fort Worth trust department. In January 1995, she joined American National Bank as Trust and Compliance Officer and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in March 1996 and Vice President in February 1998.

Professional Activities

In May 2002, Mrs. Manley earned the Designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, becoming one of only two people in Wichita Falls and the only person in Denton County with the CTFA designation awarded by the Institute of Certified Bankers, an organization affiliated with the American Bankers Association. Mrs. Manley is a member of the Estate Planning Council of North Texas, the Dallas Estate Planning Council and the Fort Worth Business and Estate Council. Mrs. Manley is past president of the North Texas Estate and Financial Planning Council, past president of Desk & Derrick Club of Wichita Falls, 2002 Regional Director for West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California Desk & Derrick Clubs. Previous board member of Fort Worth Professional Woman's Organization and the Business and Professional Woman's Organization of Wichita Falls.

Civic Involvement

Mrs. Manley is president of the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club, a member of the Fort Worth Desk & Derrick Club, board member of The Children's Aid Society Foundation, and past president of Red River Communicators Toastmasters Club. In September 2000, Mrs. Manley won an international award from the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs for giving numerous speeches to civic and professional organizations.
