  • 30 Year Fixed Rate
  • Maximum loan of 96.5% of sales price plus improvements or 110% of “As Improved” appraised value whichever is less
  • FHA loan qualifications apply
  • Purchase home on “as is” value but get a loan based on an “as improved appraised value
