Banking Background

Ms. Manley began her banking career in 1977 with Bank of Fort Worth.   In January 1983, Ms. Manley joined InterFirst Bank of Fort Worth (now Bank of America).  In July 1991, Ms. Manley joined BANK ONE, TEXAS as Compliance Officer for the Fort Worth trust department.  In January 1995, she joined American National Bank as Personal Trust Department Manager, Trust Operations Manager and Trust Compliance Officer.  Promoted to Assistant Vice President in March 1996 and Vice President in February 1998.

Professional Activities

In May 2002, Ms. Manley earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, becoming one of only three people in Wichita Falls and the only person in Denton County with the CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) designation awarded by the Institute of Certified Bankers, an organization affiliated with the American Bankers Association.  Ms. Manley is a member of the Estate Planning Council of North Texas, the Dallas Estate Planning Council, the Fort Worth Business and Estate Planning Council and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.  Ms. Manley is past president of the North Texas Estate and Financial Planning Council, past president of the Desk & Derrick Club of Wichita Falls and 2002 Regional Director for West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California Desk & Derrick Clubs.  Previous board member of Fort Worth Professional Woman’s Organization and Business and Professional Woman’s Organization of Wichita Falls.  In September 2000, Ms. Manley won an international award from the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs for speaking to civic and professional organizations.

Civic Involvement

Ms. Manley is a member of the Lewisville Noon Rotary Club, was 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 President of the Lewisville Morning Rotary, a member the Fort Worth Desk & Derrick Club and a board member of The Children’s Aid Society Foundation.  Past member of the Wichita Falls Rotary Club, executive board of the Boy Scouts of America, and past president of Red River Communicators Toastmasters Club.  Ms. Manley is frequently a keynote speaker or master of ceremony for civic and professional organizations.
