Account Access (PAL)
Welcome to American National Bank Trust Department’s Portfolio Account Link (PAL).
We are pleased to announce that we now offer online access to account information through our new Portfolio Account Link (PAL) interface.
Trust Department clients, who have been issued a unique User ID and password, please click here or select the “Account Access” button below to login to your account.
If you are a current Trust Department client but have not been issued a User ID and password, you need to complete a PAL Authorization form in order to gain access to your account and investment information. Download the form here and then fax the completed form to the Trust Department at (940) 397-2412.
Instant Access to Account and Investment Information
Through PAL you have instant access to your account summaries, investment information, and detailed transaction activity for all of your trust accounts.
Online Statement Availability
Users of PAL have the option to receive online statements. These online statements are identical to the format of our printed statements. Using online statements allows you to get your statements faster and gives you access to up to 25 months of statement history that can be retrieved and reprinted as needed.
Security
Rest assured that even with the introduction of online access to your accounts, we remain committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your financial information. Your information on the PAL system is safeguarded by strong password protection, two-factor authentication, and housed in a secure data access center. In addition, no information will be available thru the PAL system unless specifically authorized by you.
