As property manager, American National Bank Trust will periodically inspect the properties to ensure proper maintenance, negotiate favorable lease terms, and maintain proper insurance coverage at all times. In addition, we will make disbursements for property taxes and contest inappropriate assessments if necessary.

We have both the systems and capabilities to manage your oil and gas interests whether they are producing, non-producing, working interest, royalty interests, mineral interests or net profit interests.
We assist our clients by handling a broad range of services, such as: everyday operations and administration; monitoring lease payments and royalties; negotiating leases, seismic agreements and other production or exploration contracts; and reviewing historical production to help forecast future production.

An integral part of managing mineral assets for our clients is to verify their title to these interests and insure that the production purchasers are paying accordingly. American National Bank carefully reviews all documents generated in the management of these assets: division orders, operating agreements, gas contracts, etc. Property taxes are disbursed and property values protested, when necessary, on behalf of the customer. American National Bank will also market or acquire oil and gas properties for our clients when appropriate and perform necessary property valuations.
