Mobile Deposit FAQ

  1. What is MRDC?
    MRDC stands for Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. It allows you to deposit checks using our app on your Android or Apple mobile device.
  2. Who can use MRDC?
    Anyone whose account is in good standing.
  3. What is my deposit amount limit?
    The daily deposit is $2,500 and monthly limit is $5,000. If a deposit is made above the limit the deposit may be rejected.
  4. Can my deposit limit be changed?
    Yes, individual limits can be increased or decreased at the sole discretion of the bank. Call 940-397-2300 to request a deposit limit change.
  5. How many mobile deposits can I make a month?
    There is no limit on the number of deposits made per month.
  6. What items cannot be deposited?
    We will not accept insurance checks, foreign checks, bonds, third-party checks, returned or re-deposited checks, rebate checks, money orders, drafts or non-negotiables, posted-dated or stale-dated checks.
  7. Are there fees associated with MRDC?
    There may be a fee for depositing the same check twice. Refer to our Schedule of Fees & Charges.
  8. How do I endorse my checks?
    Endorse all MRDC checks as “For Mobile deposit only, ANB&T account #”
  9. Will I receive immediate credit?
    For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Deposits will be processed two times each day with cut-off times of 9:30 a.m. CST and 2:30 p.m. CST. If you make a deposit before 2:30 p.m. on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after 2:30 p.m. or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. You understand that following our receipt and processing of the image, funds from the check will be made available for your withdrawal and/or use on the NEXT business day after we receive your deposit; however, longer delays may apply. You also understand that credit is provisional until settlement is final. Refer to our Funds Availability Policy for complete information, available at www.amnat.com. ANB&T may make such funds available sooner based on such factors as credit worthiness, the length and extent of your relationship with us, transaction information, and such other factors as ANB&T, in its sole discretion, deems relevant.
  10. Where can I check the status of my mobile deposit?
    In the deposit menu, select “Deposit History”.
  11. How long should I keep my check after I make a mobile deposit?
    Once the check has been deposited using MRDC, mark the check as “Electronically Presented” or “VOID” and keep for 60 days before properly destroying
  12. How can I get MRDC?
    MRDC users need an active account with ANB&T, internet banking, mobile banking, and our mobile app.
    a. To sign up for internet banking click enroll now.
    b. To sign up for mobile banking, log into internet banking, select “Other Services” tab, then “Mobile Banking” tab and follow the instructions.
    c. Download our app from Apple App Store or Google Play.
    d. Customer Service is open each business day from 9:00AM – 4:00PM to help work through the setup or answer any questions you may have.
