Lone Star Labels not only provides top of the industry labels, they also offer other production/distribution related items. As a service, they offer third party logistics (3PL) services for one of their larger nationally known customers. They pick, pack, and ship label orders to 368+ distributors and currently inventory over 3,000 label SKU’s for that company.
Their customer base includes companies such as Corning Cable Systems, Bissell, Commscope, Siemens, Interstate Batteries, DHL, Standard Motor products (SMP), Builders First Source and others.
The new equipment has and will continue to allow them to increase business with established customers by providing higher quality printing, and a much higher throughput on the printing press, at a lower cost per label with increased press speed, a wider printing width, faster job changeover via newer technology, and less waste created for each job changeover. New capabilities include: the ability to shrink sleeve labels, full UV curing of printed ink, and multi-layer labels & embellishments.
