Dear American National Bank & Trust Customers,

On April 8th, 2014 a vulnerability was discovered in encryption software used by the majority of sites on the Internet. This flaw, called the Heartbleed Bug, potentially reveals normally encrypted information, like passwords, to potential attackers.

American National Bank & Trust has had both our development and our data center operations look into this issue and have found that our internet banking system was not vulnerable.

Visit the following website to learn more about these measures and what precautions users like you can take (like changing passwords) to protect yourself against this vulnerability.
