I’ve spent the past 28 years building and leading mortgage companies for community banks across Texas. Along the way, I’ve learned that strong culture, great people, and a relentless focus on the customer experience are what truly move the needle.

My background as a CPA and graduate of TCU gave me a strong foundation in numbers and business strategy—but it’s been the work of developing teams, building trust, and helping people grow that has mattered most in my career. I’ve had the privilege of starting four mortgage companies, each with a focus on doing things the right way: with integrity, clarity, and heart.

I live in Grapevine and was a proud Denton County resident for 26 years. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors, reading, or cheering on my 11-year-old son in baseball, band, or jiu-jitsu.

My core values—faith and family, positivity, leadership, and continuous improvement—guide everything I do.
