TSAHC offers its own down payment assistance program that you can pair with a mortgage through American National Bank & Trust. You can use TSAHC to check your eligibility and still return to American National Bank & Trust to apply for your loan. If you qualify, TSAHC provides funding that can be used for your down payment and closing costs.

It takes just a few minutes, requires no special paperwork, and will tell you whether you qualify along with the types of assistance available. To qualify, you’ll need a credit score of at least 620 and must meet certain income limits.
