Throughout his career, Philip has worked with a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and portfolio loans. His experience, combined with a background in roofing and construction consulting, gives him a unique perspective that allows him to better serve borrowers and help them navigate every step of the financing process with confidence.

A graduate of Leadership Denton Class 33, Philip is also a country singer-songwriter and recording artist who enjoys performing throughout North Texas. When he's not helping clients find the right mortgage solution, he enjoys spending time with his Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Kylie Rae, and staying connected to the communities he serves.
