In 2021, Dan started working with the local Economic Development Board in Decatur, Texas and obtained property in an emerging business park just southeast of the city with quick access to several major thoroughfares in the North Texas Region. They felt that construction of a new facility in Decatur would expand their geographic base while also getting them closer to family that was already in Texas. The “small town” feel of Decatur allured them to what they hope is a slower pace of life while also being just on the outside cusp of the Metroplex.
The new Texas location will allow for a larger inventory selection, faster delivery time, and further customer reach than what is currently available from its Southern California location.
The bank partnered with Greater Texas Capital Corporation in obtaining the company 504 financing and even a tornado hit to the building during construction has not deterred Dan in getting open. Now that is Texas tough!
Dan has been a great partner in the overall process and we look forward to a long relationship with him, his wife and their company.
Welcome to Texas!
