The Inn on Lake Granbury is a historic, award-winning Premier Bed & Breakfast facility located on Lake Granbury and a short 2.5 block walk to the historic downtown square for shopping and dining options. The Inn sits on three acres of water frontage that includes a sitting-dock and a saltwater pool with waterfall.
The property consists of 14 rental units or “Bed & Breakfasts” with 15 well-appointed guest rooms, each with a private bathroom. The facility offers a homemade breakfast each morning, featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit and locally sourced coffee and tea.
The facility can be used for a variety of events such as corporate meetings, corporate retreats, weddings and spa services
David Green assisted the sellers fifteen years ago when they refinanced and expanded the Inn. They were happy to introduce the buyer to Mr. Green and American National Bank & Trust when they decided to sell the business and retire.
