Cameron Monger

Cameron Monger aka “Coach Cam” is a former 10-year professional player who was originally drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2009. As a Certified Mental Coach, he blends mindset and mechanics to help players of all skill levels tamp into their full potential. Cam specializes in teaching hitting, speed, and mental skills!

Cameron and his partner, Brian White (also a former player), purchased the existing business in 2019 which had been a long-time fixture in the Arlington area which includes drawing from several local leagues and 9 local high schools. They upgraded the facility with modern day technology to air players and coaches in their training of “future” ballplayers.

Cover All Bases indoor training academy provides human development training services through sport to baseball and softball players in the DFW Metroplex as well as across the country, virtually.

Cover All Bases is competing in the youth baseball industry. Typically, athletes get started with local leagues and as players and coaches develop a passion for the sport they seek out additional training from professionals. Indoor training facilities provide rentable space for players and teams to use on their own, as well as use the space to train and develop players according to their development philosophy. As technology and information around training continues to be on the rise, the demand for year-round sport training continues to increase.

In 2021, the company had a chance to purchase their own facility and set it up the way they wanted. With an SBA 7a loan, this was accomplished and their business has grown from there. We look forward to hearing and seeing great things from this company in the future.
